😅 we only ever have a summer duvet on.

I had that exact issue the other day. Noticed the zappi app had a yellow exclamation mark next to it.

Rebooted the zappi and the internet, then logged out of the MyEnergi app and then logged back in and it cleared.

Missed the first 20 mins of the free energy period

I can imagine. What that screams to me is USL is on interest only mortgage. Is spending the rent payments. Doesn’t want to invest anything in the house and just wants the house to appreciate in value.

If it is a foundation issue, this scuppers that entire investment.

Keep everything as evidence. Make sure it’s email only, or if telephone follow up with an email detailing what was said.

Last thing you want is to be stung by a Section 21 retaliatory eviction.

Having said that, one reason hospitality is struggling is the public lack the finances to pay to go out any more. Doesn’t matter how late you open, if punters can’t afford a night out, then your spending money on staff and overheads and not recouping it

Imagine instead, getting rid of cars and pedestrianising and greening areas with high cafe/restaurant saturation.

Making buses more frequent and cheaper, so people can hop into town and spend an evening out with friends.

Would love fireworks to be banned nationally.

Our dog is suffering so badly atm. It starts in mid September and runs through until November and then starts up again around new year/

It’s magical when that happens and you see it. Knowing for a fleeting moment you saw something so ethereal.

I saw one at Sycamore Gap a few years back. Stood for a good 5 mins afterwards with my jaw on the floor. Then let out a squeal when I realised I’d caught it on camera too!

Whilst slightly more expensive, do consider automatic blinds. We got some for a few windows in the house and they’re amazing. You can easily automate with Alexa, etc and so if your out of the house you can get the blinds to drop and prevent sun getting in.

Or lay in bed & have blinds open
