My best guess is you'd have to be a point or two above 30 yr rates for the banks to do these loans and at that point you're not getting any monthly relief not to mention how stupid this idea is in the first place.

Essentially you’re appealing to the same bullshit that every Democrat appeals to. “The polling says we have to keep running people who believe in fucking nothing because we aren’t willing to try someone who believes in something”
