Military spouses have faced an unchanging unemployment rate of over 20% despite millions of dollars in programming aimed at education and hiring over thr last 20 years. Why?

The core issue of child care remains unaddressed.
Child care issues have forced 19% more parents out of work since pre-pandemic, with moms of kids under 5 twice as affected as dads.
