Your mental health matters and for those who generally feel some kind of way about damn near everything this is probably taking a harder hit on you than most. Especially for those whose nature tend to unintentionally absorb others’ pain and traumas like a sponge.

Trump‘s first term taught me that while we do need to know what’s going on there is also no need for us to always be so connected.

Doing so will gaslight you into feeling that you’ve gone insane in slow motion. That’s basically what fascism wants anyway so why take any road to that?
