Utrolig nok fulgte ikke regjeringen opp Stortingets vedtak om opptrapping. Her var det bred politisk enighet, bare klimaalliansen Ap og Frp stemte imot. Ap gjennomfører ikke engang klimapolitikk det er bred enighet om og som er vedtatt i Stortinget.
