desperately craving what I like to call "bleu cheese Mac" which is where I make a huge like gallon-size bowl of noodles and dump a giant tub of bleu cheese in it. today i got a text message from my mother. it was uncharacteristically long for her, especially since she is a very curt woman who appreciates her silence. the message was three paragraphs of a apology for all she had said to me as a child, of nicely phrased words telling me to stop by for dinner.

let me stress the fact one more time that no, i do not like the idea of using AI to write fanfiction, especially ones in which require "datasets" to set a standard. i am going to need the "techbros" to understand that writing is a craft that takes years of hard work to get very good at.

been in the mood for writing again recently... i think its one of the things that keeps me grounded to reality when everything gets to be too much to deal with. executive dysfunction is not a fun thing. but sometimes i can get up to write down an idea, and i count it as a small win for the day.
