At midnight, the contract for the majority of our Kaiser workers expired.

While we have been fighting hard at the negotiating table, Kaiser seems unwilling to offer the resources necessary for healthcare professionals to provide for their families. We could put in a strike notice at any time.

Contracts expire IN SIX DAYS for many @ahcu.bsky.social union locals, including my own @ofnhp.bsky.social @aft.org 5017. I just saw our employer refused to open the door to UFCW 770 to accept a petition signed by hundreds of members.
So, it is not going as well as I'd hoped. #OneVoiceOneFuture
