Basically she said that a lot of the time in DND campaigns the big bads come off as kind of distant amorphous blobs that you don't know much about until you have to face them which is why they're bringing Trent in much earlier to flesh him out as a character

This is related to this, but I think the cast is aware of this when it comes to adapting this campaign cause I was watching press junket interviews and I really liked what Marisha said about establishing the antagonists a lot earlier

Oh yeah that seems to be the plot they're going with for the show so I don't think you have to worry! Makes sense they'd start there too imo cause in campaign they just did side quests for so long!
