Personal body cameras that also record audio are as cheap as $30 on Amazon. Anyone who has the guts to risk confrontation with ICE could buy several, mount them in and on your vehicle, on a backpack, belt or hat - draw less attention than if you're holding a phone, and also have alt angles.
