It’s always what happens. Most of Bush policies targeted our own population, Regan’s "war on drugs" which did nothing to stop drugs, but did a lot to lock up Black and Brown ppl. Most of the time they use the tactics of fear to make ppl comply to these new policies.

Black People Knew This Would Happen

There were options, but the overall cost of living is way less where I live now. Would I like to be back in SoCal? Absolutely. Can I ford to live in SoCal, with the same lifestyle that I have now? No.
