I've been really impressed by how intense yet doable the routine he set up for me has been, considering it's been probably over a decade since I've made any real effort to stay in shape/exercise and a little over a month into the program I'm already seeing and feeling a difference.

So the only way I've been able to commit myself to actually working out/training was to hire a virtual trainer because I needed accountability/someone who actually knows what they're doing to help me specifically.
