Also, the Texas Rangers aren’t exactly known historically for their commitments to serving Black and Brown communities equitably. I would take anything they say with a grain of salt otherwise we’d have to acknowledge the numerous occasions of extralegal violence on the authority of the governors

If Crockett does win the primary, I really hope she has a plan to engage non voters cause I think she is really going to need them. Also, if Talarico wins the primary, I hope he has a solid plan to build name recognition across the state because I don’t think he is as well known as Crockett.

Although I would have gladly picked Crockett in any other election, this one is too important to leave to chance and unfortunately for me, I think the white man is the most safe option until the political climate is less tumultuous.
