The agent grabs his arm, startling him and causing him to fire one round. After being shot, the victim attempts to get up and is able to do so because the other agents release him, having also been startled. The shooting agent then fires rounds two, three, and four at the victim.

I appreciate your ability to have a nuanced view despite having such a tragedy in your family. I wish we didn't live in a world where owning firearms was necessary to protect our safety and freedoms, but alas.

Given the current political climate of the US, I would recommend working on that "hating guns" part.

Minnesota IS an open carry state if you have a permit, and Minneapolis says he had a permit to carry. Even if he didn't, possession of a firearm is not cause for execution on the street.
