Jackie Stanley, whose tenacity and devotion to her family inspired public media audiences for decades in FRONTLINE's "Two American Families" documentary series, has died at the age of 70. Her love for her children and her husband of more than 40 years was a primary thread throughout the series.

I have some King Cole Trio recordings somewhere and they're incredible. Had he never gone on to pick up a microphone, he'd have been remembered as a pianist with his own style and an innovative approach to leading a trio.
