Harley doesn't kill Steve immediately, the movie needs a comedic montage where Steve's stoned brain is convinced he killed me by accident and Weekend at Bernies' my body around for a bit until he figure out what to do. Killed as he sobers up

Btw full permission to do this if you find my dead body

Alternatively as the smart one I immediately recognize I'm in a slasher movie and I go through my protocol of killing myself immediately. Harley kills Steve in a hilarious scene where he thinks my dead body and dying message is a weed hallucination. The rest is the same

Harley kills me first before I can smoke Steve's weed since the smart sober guy is a liability and the only one that can fix the landline, then Steve dies comedically by accident because he's high,

Then Uber and Holly kills Harley in self defense?

Two final girls remain

I just thought most people who go "how the fuck did we get here" regarding, everything, would eventually end up finding all this out? But someone did point out to me that I am the weird one actually, and most people don't actually read articles or fact check them

It's not like it's obscure information or anything, all of it is publicly available, they admit openly to this, journalists are pointing this out all the time, there's a lot of accessible media made about it... I guess it is something you wouldn't think to look up unless you were already interested

Sometimes I forget most people don't know that the "effective altruism" people are the same people as the AI Bro death cult, venture capital idiots, eugenics endorsers, "rationalists"... And they're funding far right think tanks and lobbies. I keep thinking it's common knowledge....

what legal recourse do artists and museums have against international militaries stealing and using our work to commit warcrimes, since apparently that's a conversation we need to have now.

Losing my mind and what look like video game assets but instead were used to justify war crimes and genocide in the real world
NEW: Since October 2023, the IDF Spokesperson's Unit has released dozens of 3D animations illustrating alleged Hamas, Hezbollah, and Iranian sites

The style is unmistakable: satellite zoom-ins, black & white wireframes, and red-textured houses - a new visual language of war.Our analysis of 43 official IDF videos found recycled 3D environments, spatial inaccuracies, and assets lifted from unrelated artists and institutions. We traced over 30 unique assets to Washington-based 3D creator Ian Hubert, who makes bespoke models created for his sci-fi project Dynamo Dream, available to his Patreon subscribers.

Models of parking lots, antennas, + pipes were repurposed as Hamas and Iranian military sites @evanhill

Fascinating work here tracing how the IDF recycled 3D assets from a cyberpunk sci-fi art project, the Scottish Maritime Museum and elsewhere to populate its widely-seen models of supposed enemy locations in Gaza, Lebanon and Iran. One of the most infamous, the alleged underground Hamas command center at Al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza City, used to justify an unprecedented assault on the biggest medical center in Gaza, was actually an animation the IDF had used the previous year, saying at the time it was a tunnel beneath a UN school.

umineko: if you read stories with love in your heart, they will give back so much more to you.
also umineko: if you write a story with a plot hole you will be imprisoned in a room all alone for all eternity and no one will hear your screams and you will suffer forever and ever and ever and

You made it halfway through the week *and* we still have free shipping? Sounds like the perfect time to treat yourself to a new book and support indie bookstores in the process. 📚

Revulsion? Revolution? Either way we're the only ones doing it right. HRT, ibuprofen, medically necessitated bondage gear, and metal claws

I thought they only attack but it turns out they protect too...

I was chopping some vegetables for dinner when the knife slipped and would've taken a chunk off my thumb, but it slid off my metal nails and made a scary noise instead. This was not an anticipated benefit of those but 😱 I'm so glad I'm not bleeding everywhere rn

Train your grip strength but never trust that bitch. Your proprioception fkin sucks. Put handles on everything. Those phone loop ring things can be stuck on any flat surface, stick velcro straps on fabrics, tie paracords around everything else. Double benefit: you can hang them on hooks now

Can't do most high impact exercises, but low impact are just NOT FUN, not cardio, or needs a pool. Most diy dancemat upgrade builds are focused on having a hard arcade platform feel, but you could also glue it to some gym mats to add cushioning and better non slip treads on the bottom. Never settle🫵

Put your physiotherapy stuff at eye level so you don't have to bend over. Once you hit 30 the bend + snap gets ever more dangerous (this is hanging off an old bedframe) but you can just hang it on a coatrack or something)

Hang a little buddy for moral support near it

Kitchen:

Diy magnets to indicate what I have in the fridge so I don't forget (ft. Fursona assigned to me by an amazing #dashcon2 volunteer, I have their socials in my pile of business cards and photos I WILL get to)

Hooks are your friends. Bend old clothes hangers if you don't want to buy them

Laundry stuff:

Don't have a laundry chair coz I have a bunch of laundry hooks. Harder to ignore, don't have to bend over to deal with.

This oni my friend gifted me, set his face open if there's laundry in the machine. Can do this with any hanging ornament you can flip. Also useful for dishwashers

These are for ADHD:

Water dispenser on the desk. Do NOT leave your desk to get water you will immediately forget what you're doing

Label EVERYTHING you WILL forget what's in things

rotate 3 different chairs depending on need

everything on casters to pull with foot without looking away

Can't afford that tourbox shortcut controller thing coz it's like $200 or something? Programmable mini keyboards are like $30, some are even wireless. You can buy one or hit up your local tinkerer. I'll help

Second pic: didn't want to buy a slide out keyboard tray so I repurposed some drawer slides

Keyboard stuff:

I stickered the Gamer Keys so I can feel when I'm pressing the wrong ones. They also glow in the dark coz the backlight gives me headache.

Slide out tray flips up and covers it when I'm not using to prevent dust, also used as 2nd surface. I just drilled some hinges into two trays
