The BBC plugged the world cup draw at 6pm 5/12/25, I refused to watch. The world cup 2026 will be turned into the Donald Trump show, the perfect showpiece for that ego of his, now they have a peace prize for him? What are they hoping for? That this overlord will bless the games & not wreck it?

Please focus these posts on winning back Congress and not some abstract tribunal. Congress is the only place these folks will face questions - not in Hegseth’s DoD or Bondi’s DoJ, or the Hauge (we aren’t subject to the ICC). And not in the next administration because Trump will pardon all of them.

The latest doctors strike isn't helping, and so close to Christmas. As a person of a certain age I remember Royal mail always going on strike a week or so before, over pay, normally, but they are signing their death warrants if Reform get in. Farage will use this as an excuse to privatise the NHS.
