North Yorkshire recently did this. It will be a good pilot study. When it was two tier there was a lot of duplication and some tension between the two tiers who were sometimes politically very different.

I was an economist at the BoE at the same time as she worked there. She was an economist. I walked past her desk a few times a day. I read notes she wrote. Attended the same meetings. The last time I wrote this on Twitter someone replied 'you supported masks and lockdown'.

Sadly I think that’s what’s left of his friendship group and family all share his awful views. He’s beyond help.

Voters expect him to be a statesman on the international stage on our behalf. These stories are just opposition attack lines taken up by those who should know better.

Not ‘purely’ terrible but the near constant abuse from those who disagree with you, personal attacks in response even to purely factual posts and failure to engage with the issue rationally has become really corrosive. I want to hear arguments not sexist, demeaning slurs.
