Oh there’s definitely a subset of people who do have that reflex.

I have enough friends who have passionate concerns, I can list a half dozen quickly. Because I smile and nod politely at their passion, enjoying the fire in the moment, but not enough to care/worry except in a very intellectual way. But I don’t expect anything except the same from them.

Yep. I’m very aware of my size, gender, and age depending on the group. It is so much easier if I have a known wingmen because of the implicit statement of trust that I am not a creep.

Post Height of Covid era, this is me. I can still read for hours, but full movies are far and few between. Mostly switched to 30-60 minutes youtube video of various special interests I have.

I mean, hell, if you really believe GenAI is making your product better, you should not be relying on someone else to tag it.

It is weird how enthusiastic folks are to brand something with an “AI” label when users have no choice, but are so hesitant to do so otherwise.
