I think the same is true for writing or musicmaking or a lot of art. Like the consumer won't always identify the parts where you struggled for days to work out something that just feels wrong. Like driving on a road where you don't notice a pothole after it's been filled.

It's one of those deals where the App has a barcode or a QR code that the cashier can scan when you check out and it will apply your discounts. Yes this is just an unnecessary extra step. Some stores like ShopRite go a level further and make you clip the coupon in the app first too.

I'm not an expert but this feels like it synergizes with a lot of the turn-by-turn game actions in older format tempo and Stompy decks. Not just fetches, but surveil lands, Baubles and Petals, looting with DRC, etc.

Yeah I mean it exists but Maro goes on record frequently to say that he thinks this card should never have been printed and goes against the design philosophy of poison (the counters being nearly impossible to remove intentionally is what distinguishes it from a second life total)

We've gotten the other half as one of the choices of Final Act in M3C (Each opponent loses all counters). So this could be a black card at some cost below 3BB probably too. Removing all counters from a permanent has been printed a lot in Black as sideways planeswalker removal.

This is one of those cards that I feel like they could theoretically print but don't, because they don't want you removing your own poison counters (See Final Act or Suncleanser, they target opponents only)

Horde of Notions is my favorite Commander deck. Lorwyn/Morningtide Elementals were red first and foremost despite being 5C. This feels like a flavor win to me that toes the line between R and 5C while providing a different take on the deck.

It's also the art direction is locked in with the card way before release a lot of the time so it's not like they're free to jack the card up to a pushed rare just because the artist nailed the assignment.

I love the SH implementation because of all the ways you can also dynamically alter the difficulty of the commands as the game goes on.

Slave Zero X is a brawler that has a bunch of combos programmed in so you can play it like a Pv(many)E fighter
Maybe subversive to put Wandersong and Aquaria here because they have standard action game button loadouts but the directional combos are for singing, not specials
