Like, I can't believe these people I KNOW to be intelligent have fallen to the lowest common denominator in the online hate-sphere. What hope is there for future commentary about women? Art? Love? Happiness? Many other societal issues? There's no nuance, no grace. It's downright venomous.

I'm gonna be totally honest.

So many of the bad-faith takes about Taylor Swift are really getting to me. It's so depressing to see people taking such hyperbolic swings at a woman who brings so many people joy. It's not even about Taylor. It's about our culture and the vitriol that is allowed

I can understand this feeling. It does suck when those around us don’t share our interests.

I once went to a Tegan and Sarah concert all by myself. My husband dropped me off and picked me up and in between I had a blast with an almost all-women crowd 😜
