100%. If they were sincere about being allies they would silently wait and when given final orders: Refuse them on the grounds that they're illegal and unconstitutional; which are the valid grounds on which to refuse orders.

Again: Criticizing NATO for any of the myriad valid reasons is not support for Putin. This is gonna be a shocker but you can simultaneously oppose Putin and NATO. These are not in conflict.
