Obviously not the main point here, but it's interesting how this is framed as content rather than policy.

"BREAKING" is typically what journalists or influencers say when they have a big story -- not what government officials say when they launch "undercover" operations

This is kind of a cheap shot. She was obviously kidding—the audience laughed! It's in the middle of her rather noteworthy speech on antisemitism after October 7. There's valuable stuff in that speech and plenty to criticize, too. But this was a self-aware joke, and the self-aware audience laughed.
