No evening posts… sigh, still slept at 2am….

Got home from the office around 4pm, had a watermelon wedge and an apple.

Had 2 boiled eggs and a glass of green goodness for dinner.

No breakfast, only a glass of water.

Here’s lunch at 12:50pm : Vegetable soup + salad and fish.

Whole meal weighed in at 425gms

Oh, and I had 2 bananas to go with it (now I’m too full 😔)

Another roller coaster day… didn’t do so well on the eating part and didn’t document either as I was out and about a lot.

Sleep: Yeah…. Day 1 didn’t go so well…. My wife is traveling, so we spent the whole evening packing after my classes. This is 1:53am and I need to get up early. Definitely not getting enough sleep today.

Dinner was served at 5pm:

Mashed potatoes (abt 100g) + 2 meatballs + carrots and cucumber

I also had another helping of the green smoothie/juice😁

Plus a bottle of water.

Tired and sleepy at work though 😭

Taking a walk but my left knee is hurting. Need to see the doctor tomorrow.😭😭😭

I just realized I was building for a segment I didn’t understand. Now I will be intentional to enter the sector fully and USE my product to build myself in that sector!
