Well, I completed the whole Lego/Star Trek build, admired it for no more than 15 min on its perch on the coffee table, then turned around tripped and knocked it on the floor.

Solstice timing gets me every year. I had Dec 21 on the calendar as the shortest day (accurate) but the longest night was actually last night, not tonight. A little bummed I didn’t mark it.

Thought I’d live on the edge a little and bought a puzzle from goodwill. It’s a bit worn, but every single goddamn piece was there. Restored a tiny bit of my faith in humanity.

Finally got to make the enchiladas I had planned for Thursday (before everything was derailed by the Grater Incident).
They turned out pretty good and will make great freezer meals, but I probably won’t use the Victoria brand red sauce again—it was a bit bland.
