This is my pumpkin pie recipe. This one makes 2 pies 🤘🏻🎃

Whisk it all together until smooth and pour into your pastry cases. Cook at 175/180 for 45 to an hour until your knife comes out clean from the centre.

Let cool and then refrigerate because for some reason these pies taste better chilled.
