Trying to keep my head above water...
I still can't wrap my head around the fact that he descends from the Glosser family. It feels like a surprise every time I reread the article from his uncle: www.politico.com/magazine/sto...
Stephen Miller Is an Immigration Hypocrite. I Know Because I’m His Uncle.
If my nephew’s ideas on immigration had been in force a century ago, our family would have been wiped out.

PS: It did seem somewhat surreal to read this info on social media - both 78 at the time of their deaths: www.remindmagazine.com/article/3818...

I am a soap opera fan, and I've written about them - though I wasn't enamored of the sci-fi elements and themes of that particular show.

He was definitely one of a kind. That phenomenon made it hard for audiences - or casting directors - to see him as anyone or anything else.

EBTG has been a cornerstone in my collection, too. One of the acts I've purchased on vinyl, cassette, CD, MP3 and then (again) on vinyl. (Not giving into the cassette nostalgia, though...the sound is 💩!)

I miss seeing it on CBS, with the "Special" intro.

Once it left CBS, ABC hacked it up in edits, and I'm not thrilled it's on Apple now.

I think most of the delivery services slashed jobs a few months ago.....and are discovering AI can't drive to someone's door and deliver a package!

Same. A present I ordered for someone is on day three of "out for delivery."

I agree, it's an aural atrocity.

That being said, if I was locked in a room with nothing but Heino's music playing on a loop I'd probably recant that statement pretty quickly.

One of my all-time favorites was just a little infobox: "Want boxes of shit in your house? Get a cat!"

As someone who has experienced a hellish stretch of time (7-8 years) trying to find a competent, knowledgable GI doc, I can empathize with frustrations as well as happy tears when the right doc comes along.

I've seen a few promos/commercials but definitely not a lot.
