been pretty open about leg issues for the last handful of months. today was my first big “push” since, with definite increased speed and a lot of stairs (all at work). i’m paranoid as hell i’m going to have more problems, but in the 90 minutes since, so far, so good. hope this is a good sign.

living as close as i do to a very large park, which is connected to a larger group of interconnected parks, hearing coyotes howling and calling once it’s dark isn’t unusual, but tonight we heard it while walking and this time augie made a beeline for the house, as if to say ‘i fucking think not’
