I love marzipan, and frangipane. I was thinking of adding some marzipan to the frangipane mince pies I make, perhaps cubed. Delia Smith’s Simnel cake recipe for Easter has cubed marzipan through it. It’s deliciously gooey when you get a bite of molten marzipan.
