So, talked to the landlord and county. They're going to be sending paperwork over but there's no guarantee of approval of anything or even covering the full amount.

Frosty, my little old lady, and Casper, my chunky baby, are absolutely in love with my wife's pillow. We've had to cover it with a t-shirt so we don't have to constantly wash the pillow case.
