Loooove getting high and doing kitchen experiments. Making an asian-style soup(going for smth in the ballpark of vietnamese but using what's in my cabinet and sounds good) and ran out of sesame oil so I drizzled in some olive oil and actually that little bit of olive at the end fucks.

I made kimchi the other day and it fucks. I have to get through 4 jars of kimchi by myself tho. I've mostly been doing ramen or pasta but I had some fried rice for breakfast yesterday and I wanna try making jjigae.

I rly wish ppl just sorta. Expressed casual attraction to trans men. I can count on one hand the number of times I've seen non-transmascs talk abt a trans male crush or express attraction to us in a way that wasn't grossly objectifying and/or tied to our assumed genitals.

Cook sliced zucchini in olive oil on medium-low heat for 20 minutes until soft. Blend with a little pasta water until smooth, then return to the pan and add cream and shredded cheese. Stir in pasta water a bit at a time until it's a good consistency. Season however you want. Easy pasta sauce.

I'm not responsible for my patients' mental health but it. Really really sucks hearing someone talk abt how she's never gonna get better and ask if this is what it's gonna be like when she dies. I don't have a ton I can say to her about that.

I rly hate the "it's easier for trans men than trans women to pass" thing, because it's not true in the physical sense, but when you factor in how much more closely women's appearances are scrutinized than men's, trans women are more likely to be clocked. It's cause of misogyny not physicality.
