Fair enough, but coupled with "chatter" you're hearing and not disclosing makes it appear that you believe it to be meaningful. I don't mean that harshly, I really do like your posts, but it feels to me that there are a lot of people biased to an incoming Venezuela war thing, this feeds it

I really dig your posts, but this is conspiracy theory adjacent. The pizza thing has been way over blown long before now, if it was ever real. We don't have the right forces or any of the other diplomatic prerequisites to actually invade Venezuela, so what else would we do? Just intimidation

Yes, I do not find large US bases an easy land border away from Venezuela that can be used for an invasion

In both Iraq wars there were large US bases across a land border that the US used to build up forces over several months. That doesn't exist here
