I can tell the weather is a degree or two warmer because my hypermobile limbs have gone WHAT IS GOING ON, WE CAN'T BE EXPECTED TO WORK IN THIS INSANE HEAT and I literally folded in half when I got out of bed this morning.
Now lying in a cool bath trying to breathe.
