USA citizen expat from So. Dakota. Secured a SD driver's license in 2021 w/ voting privileges. 21 March 2023, "Gov. Knome" changed SD voting rules, eliminating my voting option. The data:
> 74,000 fewer absentee ballots (2024 vs 2020)
Dem. ballots fell 47%
Rep. ballots fell 25%
