USA citizen expat from So. Dakota. Secured a SD driver's license in 2021 w/ voting privileges. 21 March 2023, "Gov. Knome" changed SD voting rules, eliminating my voting option. The data:

We need large scale facilities to enable a very broad array of research across the UK and globally too... please cut funding for war instead, and support science for peaceful purposes!
