Look at polling. When she was talking "change" and a "new administration" her numbers were soaring. The minute she started talking "no light between me and Biden", her numbers tanked. She talked about Republican issues and ignored real Democratic issues like healthcare and unions.

No. Harris ran on "Biden did a good job" while people couldn't afford eggs & housing. They tried to pivot later, but they made the message so difficult to understand & means tested it didn't reach the audience. Mamdani's campaign focuses on affordability for New Yorkers. That's the central message.
