Also, gotta shout out a personal fave in Organsight. Hey 12th-level Cleric; you got a crazy Medicine bonus, right? And you know Needle Darts, right? Right. Glad we had this talk. Enjoy being an auto-turret. (With precious metal ammo!) Heighten not only unneeded, but imo not worth the higher slot.
The spell "Organsight" from Pathfinder Second Edition. It lets the caster view a target's organs "as though dissected and arrayed before you". It boosts Medicine checks that concern organs (but penalizes them if they involve the skin. On casting, it lets you Recall Knowledge about the target with either an appropriate Lore or Medicine (which will of course benefit from the bonus) to spot a vital organ. If you succeed (which a Cleric with maxed Medicine is likely to), the next time you deal piercing or slashing damage (with a weapon OR a spell) to the target, you add 4d6 precision damage. And you can repeat the same check once per turn as a single action for up to a minute. So, if you happen to have a Cantrip that can deal that type of damage reliably turn after turn, you can be a pretty decent auto-turret against your target (a very nice Cantrip fitting that description is available to *every* caster) It *does* scale up with heightening... but not so much as to obsolete the base version.

Raven, shot from a low angle that makes her look like Galactus, but was the only way to get a good angle on the t-shirt. It recreates the scene where a punk kid who’s literally just had an altercation with a young John Connor is approached by the shapeshifting assassin in the guise of a police officer. The “police officer” is showing the kid a photo of his quarry; the scene is rendered in shades of blue and grey—except for a yellow halo around the kid’s head. The caption below gives his response to the imposter—“Nah, haven’t seen him”. Kid’s distrust of authority outweighed his animosity towards John Connor, saving the latter’s life and humanity’s future.

Weirdest thing at the con: chatted with a guy in *amazing* shinigami cosplay; cool dude. Saw him drop his notebook, but lost track of him in the crowd. Turned it in, to lost and found, of course… but when I got home, it was in my bag somehow, along with an apple core. Guess it’s mine now.

When I’m done gaming, I go kick back and relax with a Nuka-Crunch Sour at #PawnAndPint. I’m Commander Raven Shepard, and this is my favorite gaming tavern on the Citadel.
Raven, in her cutest black top with peach floral designs down the middle under a black leather jacket. As usual, the transgender necklace and d20 choker are around her neck; the gold and red earcuff is visible, and coordinates wonderfully with the shirt. A game happened! #Starfinder 1-10, Rites Of Rekindling, brand new scenario! New players, which sometimes means a bumpy ride, but they slid through, and stayed afloat. Good times! #PlanetAnimeKansasCity
A battle map of a neon cityscape, with a network of curved tracks over a blue dragon hologram. A number of acrylic character standees are on the tracks, as are several wrapped Starburst candies (low cost GM hack for multiple identical enemies!). What do they represent? Hmm… The same map, with decidedly fewer Starbursts. Did the other ones burst into stars? Who knows! Maybe they fell off the track due to the weird terrain in that radius template? Another battle map, with a circle drive in front of what looks like a dance club. Three character minis are near the end of a driveway, while the fourth is up near the entrance scrapping with some Starbursts (guess which one is the Solarian!) Another 20-foot radius distortion template covers the middle of the street, directly centered on an (overturned) 3x3 Huge base. What sort of monstrosity is/was this? Is it dead/destroyed? Or down but not out?

Art and stat block for a Starfinder creature called an Atlapak. It’s a big, colorful crustacean with an oversized claw that can attack at range with a “sonic snap” or use an extra action for a stronger, more accurate “Cavitation Blast”. And it can fly. (Though it needs to be in dense atmosphere or underwater for maximum effectiveness). So yeah, big, potentially airborne Mantis Shrimp.

A few assorted pics to pique your curiosity (I’m playing coy, but read my *delightful* alt text for extra info!) #Starfinder
Some sort of oversized Wheel, as one might spin to win fabulous prizes—or determine other random outcomes. It’s divided into nine segments, each with colored symbols on them. Two have goofy-looking orange robot heads, two have leaping blue fish with what looks suspiciously like a laser gun mounted atop their heads, two have green faces of what’s either a zombie or someone badly in need of coffee, and two more have familiar-looking purple tyrannosaur skulls in profile. The ninth slot, and the center of the Wheel, have the hot pink “grinning skull inside a star” logo of the Zo! Media Corporation. (In the background, Ssyssy, our Lodge’s life-size red Kobold, watches the offscreen prize table) Battle map for a combat encounter, depicting a large arena-type area. In the center, several human-scale characters fight a couple of piscine-looking opponents of similar size, while near the bottom, a solitary hero stands toe-to-toe with with a MUCH larger specimen, of a size that might reasonably compel one to reconsider the sufficiency of one’s current watercraft. Another battle, on a similar map. This looks to be early, with the characters clustered together in the middle of the map, while near the top are their opponents. One is a squishy pink cube, that looks vaguely like the most threatening sherbert you’ve ever seen. The other is… unpleasant. It’s a horrible yellow amalgamation of limbs and bodies, like you might expect to see in a Souls-like game… except for the cargo shorts on (some of) its legs. (The socks and sandals don’t fit that aesthetic either… but it’s socks and sandals, they don’t fit *any* aesthetic!) A crew of miscreants and ne’er-do-wells. From left: a stern goth-dressed woman who looks like she lost patience with the living three or four centuries ago, a woman (me!) in a snazzy purple blazer and skirt over a pink shirt, giving the insincere smile of a professional performer of formalities, a hunched man in jeans and a blazer, with a green mask and headcover, looking like some feral goblin who’s probably already tied your shoelaces together (and might or might not pounce on you when you stumble)… and a Legendarily snazzy man in custom-painted futuristic shirt and pants and skull-pattern makeup, shooting finger guns at the camera with the trillion-watt grin of a master show being, who knows exactly how cheesy he is—and also knows that it doesn’t matter, because the audience will love him all the more for it. Any resemblance to actual persons, living, dead or undead is purely coincidental.
