I know it seems obvious but it's not, if you see steam stats, most people don't play the games they buy, and if you see the amount of copies a successful sequel sells, it's always more than their predecessors, and I'm sure Team Cherry knew this, specially with silksong extreme hype

My bad, wasn’t saying you denied the difficulty. Just don’t think silksong is hard because it's meant to be played after hk. It stopped being a dlc ages ago, so it was designed as a proper sequel. I feel the difficulty was just a design choice due to hornet’s bigger moveset and higher skill ceiling

But I genuinely think despite it's many flaws and not being a super accessible game due to it's early difficultly, I like it way more than the og

It's okay I get it. I'm not that positive about some aspects either

It's a matter of perspective, while it's important to be informed of how evil people act. It's also important to see and understand that there are still countless people trying to actually better the world
It's nice to at least be aware of it so it doesn't feel like 100% bad
