The more I see of this, the more I think small modular reactors will have all the problems of large bespoke reactors.

Years ago ours would say "a minimum of 40 hours a week" and now say just "35 hours a week".

But it also undermines science. Scientific conferences in the US are a big deal. Already, young researchers are reluctant to travel. I’ll need to renew my ESTA in February if I want to attend and I don’t want have to supply all of my family’s emails and phones, and all by social media.
