One day, Riddle pulls me aside to lecture me about how bad of an influence Idia is and that I should really be with someone far more mature and responsible. Someone who ACTUALLY has standards and follows the rules. Not that he has anyone in particular in mind when he says that, no, not at all… 🤭

That’s why I feel like I have to say something crazy in a dating profile or within minutes of sitting down for a first date before anyone even has time to make an assumption like that. 💀

That’s probably one of my worst fears in dating, that a guy would take one look at me and assume that because I’m quiet (on the surface), I’ll make for a nice, submissive tradwife who’ll pop out his kids and take care of all the housework. 😱

As an introvert, it tends to be a relief for me when someone else can lead the conversation sometimes, because I find it tiring to try to do it all the time, even when I have specific things I want to talk about. 🥲 And yeah, you definitely don’t want to deal with guys with that kind of attitude. 💀

Yeah, I can see how you’d have to weed through a bunch of techbro nonsense. For me, I have to be careful of self-styled “country boys” (not really) who display their machismo by wearing full camo to the grocery store, hunting poor animals, and gambling their paycheck in fantasy football 💀
