@chrislhayes.bsky.social Chris, fellow Bronx science alum here. You might want to look into the postal service. Packages stuck for days and weeks, not enough people, UPS Surepost gone, management just called to an emergency meeting in DC - things are bad and getting worse.

Even putting aside how horrible AI is, how insane is it to have a gargantuanly successful franchise like this and give up on it for the sake of a totally speculative business concept that your own customers are vehemently against?!
