From the Northern Virginia Regional Transit Authority's "Bus Rapid Action Transit Plan," a good illustration why I think US "BRT" plans are mostly bullshit. Get a load of their "BRT Types"

Another annoyance w Office 365: the default behavior is to open links to Office 365 docs on the web (with cut down/limited functionality) rather than on local Office app installs. MSFT says the designed this to give users "choice" but the toggle for this behavior is 3 levels deep in settings
