Been baking GF for 14 years. It is so much easier to find good recipes than it was in 2011. I order Better Batter online, but almond flour and brown rice flour work well paired in recipes with chocolate — good luck! For me it has been quite the adventure!

Well, I live in Virginia in an area where two historically conservative districts flipped their House seats blue. . .and those were only 2 of the 13 that flipped. So, yeah, nothing typical about last night’s results.

My younger daughter! And it warms this mother’s heart . . .Even with a full-time teaching job, she has read 80 books already this year . . .She was a math major in college, so this pivot into reading was a delightful surprise!
