The big picture to keep in mind is that modern destabilization and foreign interference usually isn’t about invasion. It’s about: undermining trust, amplifying division, convincing people their own system is illegitimate.

Once enough people believe that, outside pressure becomes easier to justify.

One of the most important pieces of advice that I got from a famous friend is that it’s ok to block people. You don’t need to justify it. If someone is wasting your time being awful, you don’t owe them anything. Block and never think of them again. It frees up your time & energy to do other things.
