I am having such a nice time just going at my own pace this 🎃 season, not worrying about how many horror movies I watch but enjoying the ones I do, not stressing if i'm not able to get to certain activities, but revelling in those I can. I *have* beaten my previous record of Autunnal beverages tho 😂

"I have faced my demons & I have many" digging through my movie shelves, revisiting movies I haven't seen in years. Last night was Oculus, a decade plus since its release - the lore of the Lasser Glass, the slow burn of the mirrors evil influence on two generations still gets its hooks into me! 🍎💡🪞👻

I imagine that in a few months - years all of these will be rotting in a landfill somewhere after the target audience has grown bored of it & moved onto the next fad that their fave influencer or Tiktok brainrot their attention spans latch onto. Ppl wilk stumble upon them in a Goodwill & be like wtf

It's been quite a while since I last watched JTM, but i'm super glad I chose to revisit it. Love this movie; fun soundtrack, the dual settings of the Lazarus during the storm/grimy New York, some likable characters. Jason shows some great creativity in his kills & even a sense of humor at times! 🚢🌃
