It's too annoying to be like "I saw a tweet, well it wasn't a tweet because it was on bluesky, so I saw a post that said..."

I'm gonna call these tweets. It's just easier. I'm not calling them skeets because I'm not 14 years old. I am too old for all of this.

It doesn't matter. I'm just not a camera guy. For years I've tried to get cameras to work how I want and they just don't. This is not what I am good at and I need to accept this.

Then I just film it again on my iphone and it looks mostly fine.

What are some examples of movies for kids like 5-12 that are lean more sensitive? Movies that aren't really violent or have guns or fighting? Stories that solve things a little more internally or through emotional growth?

It's a little frustrating seeing this because it reminds me of how many other things I've wished could be dealt with by some government regulations over the course of my life but haven't been. If something this small and simple took 17 years, how long are the harder ones gonna take?

I remember thinking at the time that that was nice because commercials really were much louder, but also that it felt like too little too late because "who cares about TV commercials? We're all watching stuff online now!"

Obviously I was in my early 20's, so "we" just meant people my age, but still

My favorite thing about the song Somebody's Watching Me by Rockwell is that he only gives three concrete examples of who he thinks might be watching him: His neighbors, the mailman, or the IRS, and I gotta say, tax collection being one of your top three fears is the one of the most 80's things ever.

I like online celebrity birthday announcements that are like "Happy birthday Louis Armstrong! Born in 1901, he would've been 124 years old today!" because no he wouldn't dude, he would definitely be dead. that's a dead age.
