Even if & when we get out of a toxic environment, we have to realistically manage & slowly change the effects of having been in it.
We were conditioned & injured. Managing & healing the burn-- i.e., trauma recovery-- is a project separate from removing our hand from the stove.

“成为女性”的过程为何是痛苦的，因为有一个奇怪的推销员给大家强塞了很多不便甚至是剥夺自我的东西。 ……女性本身的定义，或许已经被剥夺了，就像一套不合身的缩水衣服。
社会恶趣味的的制定了一场马拉松赛跑，用奇怪的标准衡量着我们的价值，但是我想要放弃拘束着身体的难受东西。

长久的被家庭成员/监护人忽视的经历，让我感到这种刻意的无视…仅仅只是认为这个儿童『极端的让人不满意，已经没有价值了』，就像只是套着一个锁链在惩罚与防止逃跑，是对于生存权利的剥夺。
所以不知什么时候自然而然的认同自己“需要主动的争取到他人的在意”，因为与之相反的——只要回想到『没人在意你的处境与感受/你的“价值”是薄弱的，可以随随便便牺牲掉的』就感到很恐怖。
这里的“在意”指的是……可以让人感到舒适的东西? 或者说“我并不是一个可怖或者无聊的家伙，并且在一起玩的时候我们会很开心”，不过也可以泛指为『不会被很快忘记』的印象。
所以不知什么时候自然而然的认同自己“需要主动的争取到他人的在意”，因为与之相反的——只要回想到『没人在意你的处境与感受/你的“价值”是薄弱的，可以随随便便牺牲掉的』就感到很恐怖。
