America is like a pathetic, sniveling gremlin who has never known democracy and who shrieks with terror and lashes out at any suggestion of social justice.
Really? Nobody? Because the Cubans developed a lung cancer vaccine all the way back in 2011, under the American embargo. We could be engaging in collaborative research with their medical experts, but instead we're holding the country with the best doctors in the world at arm's length. Why?
Michelle and I are thinking of the entire Biden family. Nobody has done more to find breakthrough treatments for cancer in all its forms than Joe, and I am certain he will fight this challenge with his trademark resolve and grace. We pray for a fast and full recovery.

We've deserved to be on that list since its inception. If anything, this is a sign that the gnawing disease that has always been at the heart of the American Empire has become more pronounced and more visible to other nations.
