If Trump does invoke the insurrection Act, the only violence being committed is by ICE, Border Patrol agents and other Federal officers being forced into Portland and Chicago. I've read that the courts can't do anything to stop an abusive President from invoking the Insurrection Act.

After Trump's regime falls, I want to see Pamela Jo Bondi in prison. It shouldn't be hard for a jury to find her or any of Trump's other cabinet members, guilty of crimes against the United States. Bondi, Miller, Patel, Noem, and others, love to be on Fox so there is endless footage of them,
