Philadelphian, progressive, & proud Puerto Rican! 🇵🇷 Running for Congress (PA-03) to take on the establishment and unrig the system so working families can get ahead.
New op-ed out in the Chestnut Hill Local:

“If you think our Harrisburg politicians deserve a promotion, then I’m not your guy. We can’t keep electing the same politicians over and over and expect things to change.”

The old adage that if you work hard and play by the rules, you will get ahead, isn’t true for too many Philadelphians.

There is a strong connection between climate and affordability.

“climate change is raising the cost of food, and obviously we’re experiencing increasing energy costs, and that’s also a result of climate change.”

I stand in solidarity with striking Starbucks workers fighting for a fair contract.

Everybody deserves a liveable wage and fair working conditions.
As of this morning, Starbucks workers across the country are officially ON STRIKE. And we're prepared for this to become the biggest and longest ULP strike in Starbucks history.

Say #NoContractNoCoffee with us: DON'T BUY STARBUCKS for the duration of our open-ended ULP strike! $SBUX

“McConnie-Saad is focusing his message on affordability and arguing Republicans exacerbated the crisis when they rolled back renewable energy incentives through the One Big Beautiful Bill Act.”

Just like in Harrisburg, establishment Washington Dems have shown that they lack the spine to stand up for working families. Caving on the shutdown is a disastrous betrayal to everyone who has been voting for these same Democrats for 40 years and relies on healthcare subsidies.

I’m running for Congress because I want to give people something to vote FOR not against. Americans are tired of voting for the lesser of two evils and want a new generation of leaders that will fight for making life more affordable for the working class.

It’s official: I’m running for Congress in PA-03.
I’m a lifelong Philadelphian, and I know what it’s like for families to struggle when the system is rigged against them in favor of the wealthy and powerful. We’ve watched career politicians fail us and put special interests first.
