Speaking as someone who had to evacuate multiple times up in Santa Rosa, please do these things:
1. Plan multiple routes in the event of fire on the roadway, closures and bad traffic.
2. Have your stuff ready.
3. Don't wait for an order, evac when things are looking bad.
