I think this is correct. Tridentine enjoyers are unlikely to break that way but people on here tend to dramatically overestimate how many of those there are as opposed to normal, suburban and rural guitar mass goers (if that) who are just super racist and xenophobic.

People are saying they‘d like to see him write something connecting this Issue to the environment, and no, it should be laser-focused on the treatment of migrants. From a doctrinal
perspective, it‘s not remotely as dependent on conditions or consequences; give no wiggle room.

That is descriptive of the current situation but I don't think it should be that way and we're making (admittedly slow) progress against it. The laity should be empowered to join the rest of the Church and the rosary should have a less prominent place.
